Art Print Show Opening

Here are a few photos of my art print show at Cellar Door Coffee/Portobello. Upon hanging the prints we realized just how reflective the glass is with all of the lighting inside the room. These pictures aren't amazing, but it gives you an idea of how things look. The show will be up through the month of November. My thanks to Jeremy for inviting me to hang some work on the walls! As I've already mentioned in a previous post, this place is awesome!

Casting Off The Broken Days

Well January is quickly coming to an end and I thought I'd add a quick update to this blog. I am going to attempt to keep up with this thing a bit more this year as the past few year's posts have been few and far between. First off, I've been busy creating some new paintings as of late. The thoughtful little fuzzy guy above is just one example I thought I would share. Secondly, I started selling a few of my older works over at Boundless Gallery ! Check back in the next few days as I will be adding several pieces to their site. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have regarding these paintings. Thirdly, I'd like to thank Ry over at Arts and Dafts for her kind review of my work on Etsy that she posted today. I don't get a lot of reviews and I really appreciate the support. Last of all, I wanted to mention that the Eluvium LP box sets finally started shipping today after about a month of delays. Hooray! I can't wait to get mine!

Eluvium LP Boxset

My good friend Matthew Cooper of Eluvium is releasing a beautiful boxset of his entire catalog of music on vinyl this winter. Limited to 1000 copies, signed and numbered on a dated library card, by Matthew, founder of the wonderful Temporary Residence label /genius behind the box, Jeremy Devine and myself. Each box is currently in the process of being hand bound and printed with 100% post-consumer recycled papers in our home town of Portland, Oregon. The boxes are available for pre-order through Temporary Residence and should ship sometime in December before Christmas. This is a very small preview of some of the artwork I did for this amazing box. Each of the seven LP's in the box will have a new piece of art to go with them and I have designed a pull out poster exclusively for the set. I am very honored to have contributed work to this and would like to thank both Matthew and Jeremy for asking me to be a part of something so incredible that has taken over two years to complete. If you are unfamiliar with Matthew's music, check out the links listed here:
