The Grove Review

I have some work published in the Grove Review's fifth issue! The Grove review is a Pacific Northwest based literary journal serving artists and writers from around the world. If anyone is interested you can pick up a copy at Reading Frenzy or St John's Booksellers. If you are not local you can order a copy online here. Thanks to Rosemary and Matt for their support of my work!

Towards The Insignificant

This is my first sketch completed for next month's Get The Lead Out show at Swoon Gallery in Los Angeles, California. Get The Lead Out is an open themed group show that features works done in pencil, ink, etc. I couldn't think of a proper title, so this piece is named after today's Oblique Strategies. It seemed to perfectly capture what was going on in the mind of this little flying guy. I guess sometimes an Oblique Strategy really can help straighten out a "worthwhile dilemma". Give it a try.
My thanks to Swoon's owner and curator, Ally Takeuchi, for using one of my paintings on the home page of the gallery's website.

Etsy on PicClick

This is great! I just discovered that Etsy can now be explored with PicClick. I think it really makes finding what you are looking for a lot easier, as you can view more items at one time. Check out obsoleteworld's shop.
